Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and managing staff members, including hiring, training and evaluating team members. Additional duties will include cost analysis and budget planning, development of client relationships, resolving customer service issues and providing a consistently high-level of hospitality.

Demands for the candidate

The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience managing an upscale restaurant. The candidate is required to have excellent managerial and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think on their feet and make quick decisions.
