As the Restaurant Manager, you will have the responsibility of leading, training and developing the restaurant staff. You will also be involved in developing and maximizing profitability through effective food and beverage cost, reporting and labor management. The Restaurant Manager will ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction and address customer enquiries/complaints.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager, and a proven track record in restaurant operation and management. You must be a team player, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow. The ability to work collaboratively with other managers, customers and staff is essential
