We are looking for a motivated, energetic and creative Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai.

This position offers a salary of 1500 AED and a great working environment in one of the leading hospitality cities in the world. We are open to hiring both local and foreign applicants and experience is not a pre-requisite for this position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards in all areas of the restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must have the ability to think on his/her feet, have excellent communication skills and provide leadership and direction to all staff members.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee and manage all restaurant operations, staff and services
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Foster a positive working environment and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
• Monitor and manage costs and expenses to ensure budget requirements are achieved
• Anticipate customer needs and seek to exceed expectations
