The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to take initiative, and be able to develop and implement innovative strategies to address our patient’s nutrition needs. Experience with immigrant patient populations would be an asset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutritional counseling, assessing patient needs, developing nutrition plans, and providing follow-up care.
