Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage overall operations and staff, set strategies, enhance customer service and foster a positive work environment in our restaurant in Dubai. This position requires a professional who can multitask and ensure excellent customer service alongside all daily operations. The successful candidate should have superb leadership qualities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven track record of success in the management of a restaurant business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and other restaurant techniques, systems and practices.
- Maintain and develop high quality customer service standards.
- Monitor customer feedback and act quickly to resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Set targets for customer satisfaction and implement strategies for achieving these targets.
- Recruit and manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Plan and direct all restaurant operations, including menu design, inventory control and pricing.
- Develop and manage budgets
