Are you looking for a great opportunity in the city of Doha, Qatar?

We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills. This is a full time, permanent position with a salary of 1600 per month.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. Your daily tasks will include answering phones, scheduling appointments and meetings, managing calendars, taking notes, preparing reports, and creating presentations. Additionally, you will be expected to greet visitors, take messages and handle incoming and outgoing mail.

We are open to considering a foreign candidate, though you must have a minimum of two years’ work experience in a similar role. Fluency in English and Arabic are a must, and any experience with computer software and databases will be highly valued.
