Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Secretary to join our tight-knit team as soon as possible.

Position Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assume the role of Secretary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full range of high-level secretarial support to the organization, while also providing a superior level of customer service to the rest of the team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide executive-level administrative and clerical support
* Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
* Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel
* Enter and update customer data in database
* Process new customer visits, as well as customer inquiries, orders and requests
* Maintain an organized office filing system
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail
* Provide assistance in coordinating meetings and events
* Prepare reports and presentations
* Manage calendars, diaries
