Secretary in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are looking to hire a Secretary in Al-Kuwait to aid in the day-to-day management of our office. This role is open to foreigners and people with no previous experience.

This is a full-time, permanent position and the successful applicant would be required to fulfill the following duties: providing administrative support to management and staff, responding to email and phone inquiries, coordinating meetings, managing daily calendar activities, preparing reports and presentation materials, handling filing and other day-to-day records management, and assisting with the organization and setup of office events and activities.

The successful applicant must have a strong command of English and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other similar software tools. A professional attitude and an excellent work ethic are important.

The salary for this position is 900 KD/ month.
