We are a prominent restaurant in Dubai and we are looking for an Executive Chef with a solid understanding of food preparation and a flair for innovative cuisine.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for directing and managing the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu design, food costs control, staffing, and the overall quality of food preparation. The position demands exceptional, hands-on leadership, creativity, and drive to achieve and surpass corporate goals.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of successfully working in kitchens at executive chef capacity
- Extensive experience in all areas of the cooking process, as well as a strong background in advanced/gourmet cooking
- Exceptional food presentation skills and advanced knowledge of various cuisines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
