Demands for the Candidate:
- Minimum of 6 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel/restaurant environment
- Experience in Indian, Middle Eastern, and international cuisine
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation and kitchen equipment
- ability to manage a large kitchen staff
- Ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Creative and an eye for detail
