Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Secretary to join our team in Doha. This role is full-time, with a salary of 1200. We are open to considering immigrants for the position.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support, including phone and email usage, data entry, and scheduling of meetings.

• Responsible for managing reception duties such as welcoming visitors, taking accurate information from callers, and updating internal databases.

• Manage office supplies, file maintenance and office organization.

• Collaborate with other departments and personnel on administrative tasks, including inputting and tracking data, handling travel arrangements, and writing reports.

• Coordinating events and conferences, such as creating itineraries, taking care of registrations, and managing program logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field preferred.
