We are looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager with a very strong background in managing restaurant operations to join our team in Dubai.

Job Description:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, ensuring high quality of customer service, supervising staff, creating efficient schedules, and monitoring food inventory levels. Other essential duties include hiring and training staff, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, negotiating supply contracts, creating marketing strategies, and attracting more customers.

Requirements for the candidate:

• At least 3 years of professional restaurant management experience
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Proficient with various financial and accounting systems
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
• Ability to effectively manage and lead staff
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on approach to work
• A valid driver’s license
• Foreign nationality is a plus
