We are looking for an organized and efficient Secretary to join our team in Al Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be ready to handle the daily administrative tasks of the company.

Job Description:

The primary role of the Secretary is to provide administrative and general office support to the team. This includes managing documents, preparing reports, responding to emails and telephone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, ordering office supplies, and more. The Secretary will act as the first point of contact for the organization, so excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner

• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Manage clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing and scanning
• Manage and maintain office supplies
