Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our fast-growing team in Dubai, UAE. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing our restaurant, providing guests with excellent service and culinary experiences.

The successful candidate will be expected to have excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of restaurant staff, while following all guidelines and upholding the standards of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to the highest level of service.

The Restaurant Manager's primary responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that all customer service and food standards are adhered to.
• Training and supervising staff to ensure the highest standard of customer service.
• Developing customer loyalty to the restaurant, building relationships with returning customers and monitoring customer feedback.
• Managing and maintaining restaurant accounts to ensure accuracy,
