Position: Secretary

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1800

We are looking for a qualified, organized and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Secretary in Kuwait. As a Secretary you will mainly provide administrative support to our company and ensure that daily operations are carried out efficiently.

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills. We require a minimum of two years prior work experience, an understanding of computer software and the ability to work with spreadsheets and databases. Good command of English and Arabic language is a must.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing emails, schedules, and general office functions such as filing and assisting with bills and invoices. You will also be required to provide support to our managers and answer phones. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and have strong problem-solving abilities.
