Your tasks will include managing multiple customer and internal projects, overseeing customer requirements, setting customer expectations, developing customer plans, delivering customer projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for project cost control, delivery schedules, risk management, vendor management, customer engagement and the successful completion of projects.
