We are looking for an organized, outgoing, and dependable Office Assistant to join our growing organization.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task under pressure. You will bear a great deal of responsibility in the stable and efficient running of our office.

The successful candidate will work in Reef Al Fujairah City, with a salary of 1500. We are ready to consider a foreigner. Daily duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing general administrative support to all members of the team

• Liaising with customers and clients to ensure queries are dealt with effectively

• Setting up new workstations and ensuring adequate supply of stationery and other office materials

• Answering telephone calls and routing them to the proper department

• Organizing and scheduling appointments

• Data entry and upkeep of electronic filing systems
