Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Secretary in Doha to provide administrative support to our team. You must be highly professional to handle all tasks related to our administrative functions including scheduling meetings and meetings taking notes, filing documents, and handling customer inquiries. The salary offered for this position is 1600 QAR.

Requirements for the Candidate:
-A minimum of 5 years of experience in Secretarial services or in a similar administrative role
-Bilingual skills – English and Arabic
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Highly efficient in MS Office applications, Outlook and other standard software programs
-Experience with meeting arrangements and taking notes
-Ability to handle customer inquiries
-Immigrants are welcome to apply and no experience is necessary
