We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills and is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

-Maintain various records of client and staff information.
-Manage office tasks including filing and scanning documents, updating and organizing client information, and ordering office supplies.
-Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls and manage voicemail.
-Provide administrative support to staff and other departments.
-Assist with other duties as assigned.
