Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The main areas of responsibility should include: overseeing general office operations, maintaining office records, participating in administrative tasks, maintaining visitor logs, providing customer service, answering phones and providing support to other departments.
Requirements for the candidate:
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and customer service skills, be highly organized and reliable. Previous experience in a related role is required. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and the local language, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
