Position Description
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team with a salary of AED 1200. This role will require someone who has exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, as well as great communication and customer service skills. You must be able to manage customer relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead post-sales activities from product ordering, delivery, and managing customer feedback and complaints
- Negotiate deals with suppliers and vendors, to ensure desired stock
- Responsible for training and developing staff about products and pricing
- Identify new ways to increase customers spend and satisfaction
- Develop, manage and maintain stock levels for customer orders
- Oversee the ordering and returns processes
