Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Chef to work at our Dibba-El-Fujairah location. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the kitchen and managing the staff. You will ensure the highest quality of food is served, while meeting customer expectations and maintaining the highest level of food safety standards. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role, and the salary is 1500.

Job Responsibilities:

- Designing, developing, and creating menus for the kitchen
- Overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation and staff management
- Ensuring the highest standard of quality and safety is maintained in the kitchen
- Planning and organizing large events
- Creating plans for ensuring food stock is stocked and replenished
- Overseeing kitchen renovations or reorganizations
- Implementing safety and food hygiene standards
- Monitoring costs and ordering supplies
