Job Summary

We are looking for a Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for providing excellent hospitality and service to our guests; ensuring maximum customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience. You will manage the wine and beverage menus, provide expert advice and suggestions on wine and beverage choices and will be accountable for all beverages throughout service.

Requirements for the Candidate

The ideal candidate must have a degree or certification in oenology and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a sommelier. They must have in-depth knowledge of wines, beer and spirits and display a passion for service and sales. The candidate must be customer-oriented and have an understanding of the international hospitality industry with excellent English language and strong communication skills.
