We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for a driven and creative individual with a passion for the culinary arts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and preparing innovative menu designs and recipes, overseeing the restaurant’s kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are met and exceeded, conducting menu tastings and potential changes, managing supply and inventory, and aiding in staff management when required.

We require a minimum presentation to 5 years of executive chef experience both in the kitchen and managing a staff. Experience in a similar, high-end restaurant in a competitively bustling market such as Dubai, is a plus. The ability to develop relationships with suppliers, manage accurate records and cost control, and to lead and motivate staff, is essential. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations must be maintained.
