employer expectations and key duties

Do you have the skills and passion to join our well-established Kuwaiti business? We are seeking an experienced and organized full-time Secretary to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary of 1800 Kuwaiti dinars. For the successful candidate, we are willing to sponsor a work visa if they are not a Kuwaiti citizen.

As Secretary, you will report to the main office and coordinate with the executive team. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and be an effective communicator between the senior management team and other employees.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a positive attitude. Knowledge of standard office software is also required.

The successful candidate duties include:

• Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings

• Maintaining an efficient workflow using office and
