Office Assistant Vacancy - Sharjah
Salary: 1000

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This role will require time management, administrative and organizational skills, data entry and customer service skills. We highly value candidates who can anticipate organizational needs and take initiative to get the job done.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills in English and preferably a third language in order to work with our diverse workforce.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to all departments as needed
- Manage office supplies and order replacements when needed
- Assist in day-to-day operations, such as filing documents, answering phones, and managing databases
- Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and other documents
- Greet and assist visitors in the office
- Process incoming and outgoing mail

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of modern office
