We are looking for an experienced office assistant to join our growing team here in Ras-al-Khaimah. The position requires a dependable individual with excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of day-to-day operations within the office environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones, routing calls, and setting up appointments and meetings

• Drafting and sending correspondence
• Managing the filing system, including sorting and organizing all documents
• Managing calendar and emails
• Working closely with the team to coordinate daily activities
• Handling customer inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring all office operations run smoothly

We are also open to considering applications from immigrants who can demonstrate the required skills and knowledge. The position offers a salary of 1400 AED.
