Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Business Manager will have overall responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, monitoring performance, and overseeing strategies to drive revenue and business results. The Business Manager is expected to lead by example and to have a commitment to customer excellence. This position offers excellent pay of 1000 QAR per month and we are ready to consider immigrants from any country.

Responsibilities

β€’ Analyze current business operations and identify areas for improvement
β€’ Monitor and assess the performance of business operations & strategies
β€’ Develop effective plans & strategies to increase the profitability of the business
β€’ Act as the main point of contact between suppliers, stakeholders, and the rest of the organization
β€’ Manage a team of employees and ensure they are meeting their targets and fulfilling responsibilities
β€’ Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints
β€’ Develop and ensure maintenance of operational systems
