Office assistant in Musaffah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to work in Musaffah. This position offers a competitive salary of AED 1400 per month.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized and experienced in office administration. We are open to considering an immigrant to fill the position.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for answering phone calls, handling incoming mail, and maintaining an organized office environment. Additional duties include scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing meeting materials, filing documents, ordering supplies, and providing clerical support.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. He or she should also be well-versed in the use of computers and Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills.
