Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef for an exciting opportunity at our El-Ain based restaurant. The Executive Chef is responsible for the supervision of all activities related to the kitchen and food production department of the restaurant. They will be in charge of a team of chefs, maintaining food standards and upholding the reputation of the restaurant.

Needs for the Candidate

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen environment and in managing other personnel. Excellent knowledge of different culinary processes and techniques is a must. We are willing to consider immigrants for this role.

Responsibilities

The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the food production team, overseeing the preparation and storage of food and supplies, developing new and innovative recipes, ensuring quality standards are met and regularly communicating with vendors.
