In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a restaurant in the vicinity of Dubai, including personnel management and resource allocation. Your day-to-day tasks will include setting objectives, managing budgets and supervising the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will also be required to hire, train and evaluate personnel and ensure services are compliant with quality, health and safety standards.
