Chef in El-Fujairah, UAE We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate must be willing to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment and must demonstrate excellent kitchen and people skills. The ideal candidate will be creative and able to adjust recipes to attract customers, as well as cost and manage inventory. You must also practice high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness. Primary duties will include preparing and cooking of food, inventory management and ordering of supplies, creating new and interesting dishes, and maintaining the kitchen in a clean and organized state. You will also be responsible for assigning tasks to kitchen staff and supervising the work. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen, knowledge of menu development and a good understanding of nutrition and health regulations.
