We are currently hiring an Office Assistant for our office in Ajman with a monthly salary of 1200AED.

We believe this person will be a great addition to our team and we’re ready to consider a foreign candidate with the right experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in working in office environments. He/she must possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. An ability to remain composed under pressure and work as part of a cohesive team is a must.

This position also requires to track and manage database related information as well as coordinate and implement office procedures. Furthermore you will assist in the preparation of reports and presentations and answer incoming calls and do other admin related duties.
