Spa Therapists with Portuguese Passport to work in Ireland
The Award Winning iNUA Collection is now recruiting for Spa Therapists to join our teams in different hotels.
Spa Therapist Role Purpose:
- To provide clients with the highest standard of quality therapy in a professional manner and to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the spa.
- To promote awareness, to achieve the retail target on a monthly basis and to develop a regular clientele for repeat bookings.
Main Duties:
- To greet Guests on arrival to the Spa at all times in a warm, welcoming and friendly manner and to ensure that their needs are met while visiting the centre
- To communicate our facilities and treatments to Guests as required.
- To deal with Customer complaints in a professional manner and to notify Management of these.
- Working as a team member to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the centre
- Working as a team to deliver and wow clients with treatment, service and attitude.
- To work alongside the Spa Manager and Head Therapist to ensure the highest standard of treatment is being offered at all times.
- Overall management of individual treatment rooms in reference to cleaning, restocking and general standards of organization, hygiene and cleanliness
- Reaching and exceeding retail targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Development of a return and repeat guest/clientele
