Job Summary

We are currently in search of a Librarian for our Library in Dubai. As the Librarian your primary job duties will be to run the library including protecting materials, planning collections and developing and implementing library policies. You will have responsibility for selecting and organizing library material, helping patrons utilize library facilities and answer general inquiries through research and analysis.

Candidate Demands

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year (1) experience in library management as well as expertise in organizing and cataloguing library material. We are also looking for an individual with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have an ability to research and analyze information efficiently in order to assist patrons. Proficiency in English and Arabic is also advantageous.

We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role and are offering a competitive salary of 1600 AED.
