Secretary in Doha, Qatar


We are a well-respected business headquartered in Doha and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Secretary to join our administrative team.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide efficient, accurate and timely admin support to staff within the business. Key duties will include providing effective filing, diary and secretarial services, maintaining confidential office documents and data, liaising with a wide variety of contacts both internally and externally, handling enquiries, making travel arrangements and organising events and meetings.

You will be a highly organised and confident individual who is able to multitask and take initiative. You must be a great communicator and possess excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a progressive and rewarding environment with a competitive salary of 1600 per month. We are open to considering applicants from outside Doha.
