Seeking an experienced individual for the role of Secretary with a minimum of three years of experience in a professional office setting based in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to fellow colleagues, managing multiple files and calendars, coordinating travel and events, and providing general office assistance.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years working experience in a consistent office environment

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple projects

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Background in transliteration and translation is an added advantage

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary

• Professional attitude, solid work ethic, and ability to follow instructions

• Fluency in Arabic and English

• The merits for foreign candidates will be considered

Compensation:

A competitive salary of 1500 plus other benefits
