Job Description

We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated, and flexible Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Secretary, you will work collaboratively with our executive staff, keeping our daily operations organized and running smoothly.

Your main responsibilities will be to provide administrative support for our team in Al-Kuwait, handling a range of tasks from tracking appointments to sorting through emails and preparing written materials. You must have a solid understanding of best practices and processes across clerical and administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support on a daily basis, including backing up office systems
- Monitor schedules, receive visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain contact sheets and follow-up protocols for team members
- Compose documents, emails and other correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meeting and event details
- Manage office supplies and maintain filing systems
