Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team in our restaurant in Doha. The ideal candidate will be passionate about modern cuisines, have excellent management skills and display creativity in their approach to menu development. The Executive Chef will be expected to create innovative and diverse menus that reflect the restaurant’s character and appeal to international and local customers.

Requirements for the Candidate
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef with a demonstrated track record of success
• Creative approach to menu development
• Knowledge of international cuisine, especially Middle Eastern and Qatari cuisines
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Immigrant status is welcomed
• A valid working permit in Qatar is required
• Flexibility to work shifts including days, nights, weekends and special occasions
• A positive and professional approach to leading a team of chefs in a busy kitchen
