Office Assistant (1300 AED)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced office assistant to join our team in our Jabal-Ali office. This position offers a great opportunity to be part of an dynamic and talented team. The Office Assistant will ensure that the office runs smoothly, providing support to the other staff members and helping with administrative tasks. We are open to consider an immigrant with 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant team
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
• Answer telephone inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages
• Monitor office supplies and order new supplies when needed
• Assist with basic office maintenance and upkeep
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
