Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and customer service oriented Restaurant Manager to lead our team at our Dubai Restaurant. This is a paid, full-time role offering a salary of 1700 AED, and there is a possibility of long-term advancement. The ideal candidate must be confident in leading a restaurant staff and capable of creating a supportive and collaborative work environment with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Proven track record of restaurant management
• Excellent people management and leadership skills
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• An understanding of restaurant costs and labor budgets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of dependability and discipline
• Strong customer service orientation
• Must possess valid work authorization

Responsibilities:

• Managing the restaurant staff, setting targets and providing feedback.
• Interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction with services and food quality
• Overseeing daily
