Job Summary

We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service at the restaurant. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience managing a restaurant in Dubai, strong leadership and communication skills, and excellent problem-solving capabilities. The position is located in Dubai and offers a competitive salary of 1700 AED. We are also open to considering immigrant candidates.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly and monthly reports including sales and staff performance
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards
• Deliver effective financial management, monitoring budgets and controlling expenditure
• Manage and motivate team members, training and developing staff in line with company policies
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
• Develop relationships with customers and suppliers
• Evaluate and monitor food and beverage stock
• Maintain inventory of restaurant equipment and supplies

Requirements

• 3 years of experience managing a restaurant in Dubai
