Restaurant Manager in Dubai, UAE responsibilities, requirements Job Summary We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service at the restaurant. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience managing a restaurant in Dubai, strong leadership and communication skills, and excellent problem-solving capabilities. The position is located in Dubai and offers a competitive salary of 1700 AED. We are also open to considering immigrant candidates. Responsibilities • Produce weekly and monthly reports including sales and staff performance • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards • Deliver effective financial management, monitoring budgets and controlling expenditure • Manage and motivate team members, training and developing staff in line with company policies • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed • Develop relationships with customers and suppliers • Evaluate and monitor food and beverage stock • Maintain inventory of restaurant equipment and supplies Requirements • 3 years of experience managing a restaurant in Dubai
