Office Assistant Position in Abu Dhabi

We are a leading company in Abu Dhabi looking for an experienced Office Assistant. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Assistant in a professional environment.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing general office and administrative support, organizing office operations and procedures, and providing individual assistance. This includes answering and routing incoming calls, handling office supplies, filing documents, and updating databases. You will also be responsible for maintaining office efficiency and organization by scheduling meetings, managing calendar functions, and gathering information and documents to assist with projects.

We offer a competitive salary of 1600 per month and are willing to hiring an immigrant.
