JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an amazing opportunity for an Executive Chef in Dubai. The Executive Chef will bring creative ideas to the table and challenge our culinary abilities to uplift our culinary experiences of all patrons.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food ordering, production, scheduling and menu development. He or she will be expected to maintain high quality standards at all times and to adhere to strict health and safety regulations.

The Executive Chef should have excellent communication skills and be able to easily manage a team of 10-15 chefs. A successful Executive Chef candidate should be highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
