The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in the private wine market or in a professional wine environment. You should have extensive knowledge in the areas of wine appellations, varieties and countries. Additionally, you should possess excellent social and customer service skills and the ability to work cooperatively with a diverse group of staff and customers.

Your primary duties will include developing, recommending and serving wine, beer, spirits and cocktails to customers to complement their overall dining experience. You should also be willing to assist with the development and training of staff in the areas of wine service, pairings and wine list development.
