Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Restaurant Manager in Dubai. This role is responsible for managing our restaurants staff and operations, ensuring efficient customer service and compliance to all health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in hospitality and restaurant management.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is 1300 AED per month, with additional benefits including insurance and visa alance, established with the UAE Government.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the position include:

- Manage and motivate staff to ensure customer service excellence.
- Create operational plans and procedures to improve the efficiency of the restaurant operations.
- Monitor food and beverage stocks and place orders as necessary.
- Implement successful marketing and promotional campaigns to generate revenue.
- Ensure compliance to all health and safety regulations and laws of the local government.
