Job Description

The ideal candidate will have complete responsibility for menu design, special menu preparations and daily menu production. This includes the quality control of ingredients, presentation, variety, and flavour. The Executive Chef will design and oversee the special events and tastings conducted in the restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure the restaurant is kept to the highest standards at all times and continuously monitor the quality of service.
