We are a successful company located in Doha and we are looking for an energetic and motivated Secretary to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and a friendly and welcoming attitude. We would appreciate it if the candidate spoke English and/or Arabic.

The main responsibilities will include administrative tasks such as filing, typing letters and reports, data entry, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents. The secretary should also be able to communicate and collaborate with our contacts in other departments and companies.

The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to multitask is essential.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of 1000 QR + other benefits like 30 days of annual leave + 13 days of public holidays and assistance in finding accommodation.
