Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant to join our team in Musaffah. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks in order to ensure accurate and timely financial documents. Specifically, the Accountant will be responsible for analyzing financial data, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, proposing cost-saving measures, and managing the general ledger.

Responsibilities

• Record, analyze and reconcile the general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable
• Monitor cash flow and recommend strategies to improve cash flow
• Calculate and prepare payroll income and taxes
• Liaise with auditors for periodic audits
• Perform various administrative and accounting tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role
