Job Description

The Executive Chef is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen's operations. You will be responsible for creating menus, assigning and directing personnel while ordering and controlling the contents of inventory. The ideal candidate would be innovative, organized and have the ability to manage and motivate a kitchen staff. The Executive Chef will ensure that all staff are trained in accordance with the company standards whilst maintaining sanitation, safety and health standards.
